I posted an image I found on the blog of my GD1 class's site which we use to network since we only have class once a week. It was a nude...or rather, naked...picture of a woman made out of type. As entertaining as my professor found it, since he's all for equal opportunity nudity he gave me an extra assignment: create a nude male figure using the same methods. So I did. And it was enjoyable. For anyone working with type this is an EXCELLENT exercise to find that difference between type as letters and type as forms. Created with Helvetica Neue, Regular, at various point sizes.

Oh, and um, those anime works are coming...when I find the time...but there WILL be a 3D work. I just need to get it photographed which, considering it's part of the assignment, will be done and thrown up here. It's due next Thursday so you'll see it by then

I wish I could reply to everyone, but I'm simply too busy here at school >.< I know it doesn't mean as much when it's a "bulk thank you," but know that it really is appreciated. At least you're not getting variable data messages with your names inserted in specified spots
